Payment Options
You can choose to pay by cheque or online by using a Google checkout account.
Paying online
From your shopping basket click on the Google Checkout button to pay using your Google Checkout account.
Paying by Cheque
After you have placed your order, you will receive an email invoice which will contain the details of your order and where to send the cheque to.
Order Processing
Once payment has been received, your order should be dispatched within a couple of days. If there any delays, then we will notify you by email.
UK Delivery
The order will be sent by Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery. There are no shipping costs to orders within the UK.
Overseas Delivery
Dependent upon the size & value of the order, the artwork will be sent using the Royal Mail by either Airmail or Airsure. For orders to Europe, the cost is £10 for framed artwork and £5 for unframed pieces. The list of countries eligible for this are listed here. For orders to the rest of the world, the cost is £20 for framed artwork and £10 for unframed pieces.
Packaging
Artwork will be packaged carefully to protect from breakages or damage. However, should your order arrive in less than perfect condition, plese refer to the following section.
Refund Policy/Order Cancellation
In the unlikely event of an item being faulty or arriving in anything less than perfect condition, please contact us immediately to arrange the return or refund. All artwork is sent in a perfect condition, so please do not accept delivery of any item which is obviously damaged. Please note that any delay in reporting damage caused in transit may affect our ability to refund or replace your order.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any other reason, you may return it to us within 1 week for a refund*. You must contact us before returning any item. Upon safe receipt of the package we will arrange a refund or replacement should you wish. For a full description of your consumer rights under UK Law, please visit the Office of Fair Trading website at www.oft.gov.uk. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Returned goods should be packaged using either bubble wrap, foam, polystyrene chips or other similar protective materials in sturdy cardboard packaging by special delivery. Prints are easily damaged and must be returned in the same condition and at the customers cost. If they are carefully repacked there is no reason why they should get damaged and we will be happy to refund the purchase price in full on receipt of the returned items.

If you use our online shop, you will be asked to enter some contact details when you submit your order. This includes your name, address and email. Once you have finished shopping or close your browser, all of this information will be discarded. We will not release this information to third parties.
